Tile, stone, vanities, countertops and waterproofing — every surface that decides how the room looks and how long it lasts.
Marble floors, tiled niches and benches, mosaic detail — the things you live with every day.
Grasscloth, patterns and repairs. Seams you won't find without looking.
Bathrooms, floors and walls are the work we're built around — and where a good craftsman saves you the most. Small jobs welcome too.

New tile, showers and tubs, vanities, sinks and sink faucets, waterproofing.

Tile, click-lock laminate and luxury vinyl plank — level, tight seams, clean transitions.

Hanging and repair — grasscloth, textured and patterned papers, feature walls.

Kitchen backsplashes, floors, mosaic and stone — cut clean, laid straight.
Got a list? Send it over — most people book several small jobs in one visit, and the minimum covers two hours either way.
Every photo here is a job we did. As new projects are documented, before/after pairs appear alongside them.
BeforeAfter
Old corner tub out, freestanding tub and new tile in. Drag the handle to compare.
You see the same sequence on every remodel — and you know what's happening in your house.
Membrane over the whole pan, corners sealed, floor sloped to the drain.
Tile dry-laid and set out before anything is fixed — you see the pattern in your own light.
Walls tiled to the line, spacers in, niches formed as we go.
Grout, fixtures, glass. Site cleaned.
Call or text and get a real answer in minutes, not tomorrow. An assistant picks up, takes the details, and a craftsman calls you back.
You get the number before anything starts, and it doesn't move unless the job changes.
The work you see is work we did — no stock-photo houses, no invented reviews.
Father and son — the person who quotes your job is the one who does it.

Usually several days to two weeks. You get the schedule at the estimate, and we work to it.
Always. Membrane and sealed corners go in before a single tile — that's what keeps a shower dry.
Yes, and we recommend it. We dry-lay the pattern on the floor first, so you see the real thing in your own light before anything is set.
Yes. Many customers do. We'll tell you quantities and what works with the layout.
Old material goes out the same day and the site gets swept before we leave. You get your bathroom back clean, not full of offcuts.

Tile, click-lock laminate and luxury vinyl plank — level, tight seams, clean transitions.
Yes, we move what's reasonable and protect the rest.
Vinyl handles water better — basements, bathrooms, kitchens. Laminate feels harder underfoot and often costs less.

Hanging and repair — grasscloth, textured and patterned papers, feature walls.
No, but they need skimming first or the texture shows through. That's part of the quote.
Yes — repairs are welcome, and often a same-day job.

Kitchen backsplashes, floors, mosaic and stone — cut clean, laid straight.
Yes — that's most of the work on a backsplash. Cut-outs are what separate a clean job from a rough one.
Sometimes. It depends what's underneath and how flat it is — we'll tell you at the estimate, not after.
Either of us. Tell us the size and layout you want and we'll give you the quantity to order.

Mounting, assembling, replacing, unsticking — the jobs that pile up on the fridge list. One visit, and they're done.
Please do — it's the cheapest way to use us. The minimum covers two hours, so a list of five small things costs the same as one.
Call or text and you get a real answer in minutes, not tomorrow. Most small jobs are booked for the next day or two; a lockout is same-day, any day of the week.
Yes, and it's done on site. For a short list we can usually give you the number over the phone.
Yes — doors, homes and cars, plus lock replacement and rekeying.
For most small jobs, no — plenty of customers leave a key or a code. For the first visit we like to walk the list with you so nothing gets missed.

Tile, showers, vanities and waterproofing across Denver — done by the same family that quotes it.
A builder-grade bathroom — one-piece surround, stock vanity, tile set straight onto drywall — comes out on the first day. What goes back in is a waterproofed shower, tile laid to a dry-run layout, and fixtures that line up.
Two things decide the schedule: how much tile goes in, and how straightforward the layout is. A tiled shower surround takes longer than a floor, and an awkward corner adds a day.

RidgeFix is a family business working across the Denver metro. Bathrooms, floors, walls and the long list of small jobs that piles up in every house — all of it done by the same family.
We keep the work to what we do well: tile and stone, showers and tubs, vanities, laminate and vinyl floors, wallpaper, drywall and paint, doors and trim, and the long list of small jobs that never quite gets done. Whatever is on your list, tell us — we'll sort out how it gets handled and give you a straight answer the same day.
Estimates are free and done on site, because a photograph never shows the floor slope, the condition behind the tile or where the shut-off valves are hiding.

What things cost in Denver, what to choose, and what we'd tell a neighbor. New pieces as jobs finish.
Two decisions move the number more than anything else — and neither of them is the tile.

Nine times out of ten a lifting seam is a prep problem, not a paper problem.

We don't publish price lists, and there's a reason. The same square footage can differ several times over depending on what's behind the wall and what you want in front of it. A number that doesn't know your bathroom is either too high or too low.
The first decision is the shower. A tiled shower with a glass door is days of work — membrane, sloped bed, dry-run layout, cut tile, then glass. A tub with a surround is a fraction of that, and it looks it.
The second is the layout. The drain and the supply lines stay where they are, and that's what keeps the job predictable and the schedule short.
What doesn't move the number much: paint color, mirror, towel bars, and the vanity — you can spend a little or a lot there without changing the schedule.
So the estimate is free and done on site. A photo never shows the floor slope, the condition behind the tile, or where the shut-off valves are hiding.
We'll come out, look at it and give you a number — free, and with no salesman attached.

Luxury vinyl plank is waterproof through and through, so it belongs in basements, bathrooms, laundry rooms and kitchens. Laminate has a fiberboard core — a standing spill will swell it.
Laminate usually feels harder and quieter underfoot and often costs less per square foot. In a dry bedroom or hallway it's a perfectly good choice.
Whatever you pick, the subfloor decides how the finished floor feels. Level it first; no plank hides a dip.

Paper sticks to what's underneath it. If that's dusty texture or bare drywall, it will let go at the seams within a year.
Proper prep means skimming texture flat, priming with a wallcovering primer, and letting it cure. On grasscloth, layout matters too — panels are matched and reversed so the natural color variation reads as intentional.
If you already have lifting seams, they're usually repairable in a single visit.
